Can I say,

(a) Please pass the salt.

(b) Please pass the salt to / for me.

(c) Please bring the broom for / to me.

You can say all thse things, but the normal thing to say is
'Please pass the salt'
'Please pass the broom' or 'Please give me the broom'.

b & c are correct but do make sure there are different meanings with both usage.

1. Please pass the salt to me. (means you want somebody to give you the salt)
2. Please pass the salt for me. (means you want somebody to give somebody else the salt on your behalf)
