To find out what is the accent of a Youtube video

I found the following video on Youtube. According the the channel description it's a UK channel. Therefore, please someone tell me whether the accent of the following video is real British accent through which I can practise my listening skills. The main reason for this question is if this video is acceptable, I can watch their other videos as well. Apart from that because of the speed, I find it bit challenging to understand the speaker. That's why I though it would be better if I start to listen to something that is challenging for me. Therefore, I would really grateful if someone verify the following video.
