To feel refreshed

Hi

Can we use the phrase "feel refreshed" this way? I mean refreshed as an adjective?

I felt refreshed after the sleep.
Everyone was refreshed after the meal.

Thanks,

Tom

Those are fine. I usually think of feeling refreshed after sleeping or drinking, rather than eating, but the grammar is fine.

The second seems more usual to me. I feel fresh after a good sleep, though.
