To feel or feeling

Hi teachers, I have a question to ask, and it's puzzling my mind. Can anyone help me?

I cant stand feeling the heartache of seeing my team lose.

I cant stand to feel the heartsche of seeing my team lose.

Which one here is correct?

I wouldn't call either of these wrong, but they sound rather unnatural to me. Perhaps it is because they are rather extreme. I'd just say eg I can't stand to see my team lose.
