Please note that I am not talking about conditional sentences in above stwo sentences.I am just assuming that he d

Let me correct myself in first two sentences.I am not assuming that he definitely has ten cars but I am assuming that possibility of him having 10 cars are around 99.99%(almost surety).So I wouldn't use "he has ten cars." Now answer my question again regarding first two sentences.
