1. "I dread to start the final exam"

2. "I dread starting the final exam"

3. "I'm dreaded of the final exam"

4. "I dread over the final exam"

5. "The final exam had me dreading"

(1) and (2) are correctly formed, but to me it seems more likely that you would just say "I dread the final exam" or "I'm dreading the final exam". The other three are incorrect.
