to do one's best in / at something

Hi there, I was wondering if it is: "to do one's best in sth. or at sth."
For example: "I do my best in all my duties or at my duties". Thanks!

I think we should use "in" in your example: I do my best in all my duties.

You can use "at" in a different construction, e.g. "I do my best at all times!"

You also use "at" when using the construction "to be (the) best at + noun": "I am the best at swimming" "My lecturer is best at explaining things"
