I think not. The second clause is just stating what is already obvious.

When i see you, I feel energized. There's a few words you could use, i.e awake, alert, more awake than ever, etc...

But I mean that the tiredness of my hard job, leaves me by seeing you. Isn't there any expression for this purpose?

Much depends on the tone you want? eg casual? ordinary? romantic? poetic? hyperbolic?
