Ask the other company for their standard contract. Contracts are very complicated, and depend on the type of project or work. You can review their standard contract and make changes to the terms and conditions that you object to.

A contract is a legal agreement between two parties. It is not a letter. It describes the service provided, the payments, how long, due dates, etc. Both parties sign the contract.

Is your manpower for digging ditches, driving trucks, or general office work? A contract would depend on the kind of manpower.

The contract would be attached to a cover letter.

You mean waiters, dishwashers, and cooks?

My employees work in restaurants and offices.

"doing service sector" is not a good phrase.
