Teaching

to change or not to change

Hello!

I don't know what section to put this question in, but, anyway, could you tell me your opinion? What do you think about annual change of the teacher? There is an opinion that it's good to change a foreign language teacher even if the teacher is good. What do you think about it? Thank you!

Actually, I'm a teacher myself, and this question concerns me as a teacher. Personally I think we shouldn't change the teacher if the teacher is good (this is based on my own experience as of a student). And as a teacher I don't like when they take my students away from me and give them to another teacher. But there is an opinion that it's better to change the teacher every year, because every tea
