To be WORKED (meaning)

I was reading the lyrics to the song The Worst Hangover Ever, by The Offspring, and at one point there's this line:

I've got the worst hangover ever!
I'm rollin' back and forth on the bed
I'm worked so bad that I'm never gonna drink again

Is it a synonym of being worked up = worried?

I'd say it refers to the speaker's exhaustion from excessive drinking.

I suppose it doesn't fall under any of the standard definitions of the word. Sometimes "worked" means defeated/beaten or deceived/tricked in one way or another in casual speech:

I got worked so bad yesterday. Lost 9 games out of 10.
He got worked by his own daughter.

I can, however, imagine it being used to refer to physical exhaustion/fatigue:

I got worked pretty bad trying to climb that tree.

The expression is quite vague, and informal at that, but what I wrote in my previous post is still my best guess in this context.
