I am having trouble in understanding the meanings of those,below.

1) I am nowhere to be found.

what does it mean? Does it mean the place that i hid is very is secret or what ?

2)The mission is to be completed.

what does it mean? Does it mean the mission should be completed or what ?

3)The homeworks are to be finished.What does it mean? Does It

mean that we should do our homeworks or that the homeworks are existed for us to do?

I'm little confused about this issue.thanks....
