To be used to doing - tenses?

Which tenses could you use "to be used to" with?

Any tense?

For example:

"I am being used to doing that" (present progressive)

"I have been being used to doing that" (present perfect progressive)

"I was being used to doing that" (past progressive)

or do you only use the non-progressive ones:

"I have been used to..." (present perfect)

"I was used to..." (simple past)

"I am used to..." (simple present)
