To be upper- middle class?

Hi

Is it correct to say:

I'm upper-class.
I'm middle-class.
I'm an upper-class person.
I'm a middle-class person.

Thanks!

I probably would not hyphenate the first two, but usage does seem to be mixed on this point. Otherwise OK.
