To be understood on the phone?
For some reason, it is still challenging for me to be understood on the phone.
In my book's translation, it says the meaning is it is difficult to for me make others understand what I'm saying on the phone. But when I first saw it, I thought it means it is difficult for me to understand what other people are talking about on the phone. I'm really confused.
