To be supposed doing something

Hi,

can I say as follows?

" Fair´s authorities are supposed providing for this" (to provide or providing?)

Am I wrong to think hat when I use "to be supposed ...."the action forcasted is not certain 100% ?

Do you know what I mean?

Example:

"Tomorrow I am supposed going to Prague". (not sure, probably)

Thank you for checking
