A toy is stuck in the gap in a sofa.
Which one is correct to say in this situation?

1. Will you leave it to be stuck in there?
2. Will you leave it stuck there?

I agree with Philip. #1 is not wrong, but it's a very awkward way to say it. #2 is far more natural.

I think there is no way to prove that the #1 is correct or not. For both, there are may reasons. It may lead to a philosophic warm argue with no clear outcome!
