So can I say like this : I will always with you and I try to be of your best friend as much as I can.

Somehow I can understand this sentence as, "I will always help you by being your best friend"

Hi,

So can I say like this : I will always with you and I try to be of your best friend as much as I can. No, you can't.

Think of 'to be of help (to someone)' as an idiomatic phrase.
