Hello.

Please explane me such construction "to be of"

examples with using it are here
The engines are of two types. (which means That Engines have two types) am i right here?
Another one: Thank you very much , you were(to be, will be) of help (that means of someones utility in some things)

Another question i got is:

what does mean the expression (personal pronoun to be really after)?
example for it is The car i was realy after! or The information we are realy after! and The good I'll be realy after?
does that use when someone very want / need something
?
