Just checking to see when you would have a free time to be met with you in person or for a telecon. Just checking to see when you would have a free time to meet with you in person or for a telecon.

Your sentence would be simpler if you said: "Just checking to see when I can meet you in person or we can have a telecon."

Just checking to see when you would have some a free time to meet with me in person or over the internet in for a telecon.

By the way, this is not a complete sentence. It is OK for casual writing, but not for something formal.

Thanks for you reply. Actually i wanted to meet him; not vice versa. Thus i got confused whether it is 'free time to be met with you in person or free time to meet with you in person'.
