To be made aware

Hi

Are these natural utterances in everyday conversation?

I was just made aware that there's been a robbery in David's house.
I was never made aware about it.
Can we make him aware that he is delaying a bit too much? [sarcastic tone]

Thanks,

Tom

made aware of is more characteristic of formal speech. In everyday conversation, we usually say 'told', eg I was just told that there's been a robbery in David's house eg I was never told about it. #3 is OK if you want to sound a bit sarcastic..
