To be in a shallow sleep

Hi

Are the underlined phrases natural English? Any suggestions are welcome.

I was still in a shallow sleep when someone rang the bell.

Someone rang the bell and spoiled my sleep.

Someone rang the bell and broke my sleep.

I was about to go in a deep sleep when he returned from the office and woke me up.
