Hello,What nuances do you feel between:- "I guess you will be feeling thirsty after working in the sun." and "I guess you'll feel thirsty after working in the sun"? I think I'd go with the second".- "He's going to stay with his friends in Austria" and "He will be staying with his friends in Austria"? Both work for me. I even think that "will" could be used here, but these two sound better to me.Do the following sentences sound fine to you? Here they are:- Are they going to come to the party tonight?- Will they come to the party tonight?They sound odd to me for some reason, I don't know why.

I see no reason for "will be feeling thirsty" as the feeling of thirst is an on-going feeling (stative). The continuous is not normal for such states. So I'd go with the second as well.

Both work for me as well. "He will stay" will give the feeling that someone is giving him orders.

He will take the plane to Austria. He will be allowed to have lunch on the plane. He will stay with friends. He will be permitted to attend one movie while he is there. After his visit he will report to the airport for his flight home on the 14th day of the month. No deviation from this schedule will be permitted. Etc.

The periphrastic future going to is often dropped when a verb of motion follows.

Are they coming to the party tonight?

I really didn't know that "He will stay..." could imply that. How about:
- Where's your son going to stay?
- He'll stay with at his friends'.
Does that mean his mom's ordered him to stay at their's? I would avoid future simple for other reasons mentioned in most student books. I've heard people say that, though.

Maybe not "fine", but they are grammatical.
