To be featured

Hi,

As the title of a news article, "Michelle Obama to be featured in comic book" seems to mean "Michelle Obama will be featured in comic book."

If it happened before, in other words, "Michelle Obama was featured in comic book," how should we describe it as a title? Just "Michelle Obama featured in comic book"?
