Could you tell me whether this sentence is correct?
"She is cleaning the house and when she is done with it (or when she is done with cleaning), she can go out".

It's fine either way. 'with it' is the more probable phrasing. Even more likely, She's cleaning the house, and when she is done, she can go out.
