To be back [to] doing something

Hello.

We can say that we are back to something, but can we also say that we are back doing someting or back to doing something?

For example, let's say I got injured and for the past five months I couldn't play football. Now I can and want to express it:

1) I am back to sport.
2) I am back playing football.
3) I am back to playing football.
(similarly to the phrases "to go back to doing something" or "to get back to doing something")

Which of the sentences above are correct?
