To, base form or -ing form

Hi everyone! Here is my question about some uses of infinitive/gerund/base form. During a general research on google, which form is more correct? For example i can write "going on holiday alone" or "go on holiday alone" or "to go on holiday alone"....

Furthermore, which of these forms is correct?

- Eat or not eat after workout

- Eat or not to eat...

- To eat or not to eat...

- Eating or not eating...

My question is about a general use, not in a specific clause.

Thank you.
