Is the preposition "to" used correctly in the following sentence? Or must it be "with"?

- When someone agrees to a suggestion, the expression "good idea" is used.

I use "agree to (a suggestion)", I mean "agree to perform the action which was suggested".

I use "agree with (a suggestion)", I mean "agree with the opinion just advance
