Hello Teachers,
In normal sentences, we use quotes. For example: John says, 'I love you.'
But let's say that's the title of an article/book. Are quotes necessary, then? John says I love you or John says, 'I love you.'
So my question: are quotes unnecessary when it comes to titles and only used in texts?
Thanks so much.
The quotes are necessary but the comma isn't.
