Description of Variation with reasons for request as follows:

It is decided to do the following changes as per decision of the Employer:
1- Change of ceramic type in guest bathroom, storage room and den room at penthouse.
2- Covering natural stones types have been changed at duplex flats.

That I need is a title for the subject.
