**** Ali; Welcome to the Forums! The mathematical analysis method is commonly called the "least square s " method. It is plural because it uses many squares, not just one.

I would say "in MATLAB," or "using MATLAB."

I believe that the method is usually called the least squares method (or method of least squares).

I would not capitalise "using".

"by MATLAB" is unclear and probably incorrect. "using MATLAB" creates an awkward repetition of "using", and "in MATLAB" at the end could be read as if the least squares method was "in MATLAB" rather than the applications. H
