Thank you for your answer.

Is 'Food Happenings' as a title, can cover places like: restaurants, nightclubs, and lifestyle.

Another question regarding this title for a new local journal ('Food Happenings'):
Is it meaning special events and new places only, or is it cover also regular running places (like existing restaurants, existing nightclubs etc.)?

I don't see any connection to the length of time a business has been operating.
Existing restaurants might get a new chef and change their menu.
