Title for article

Hi!

I'm writing an article for a newspaper/blog, and I have a quesitona bout the title:

Which one is best of these two:
"How much carbohydrate should you eat?"
"How many carbohydrates should you eat?"

Are they both grammatically correct? Any other (better) suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Carbohydrates are starchy ingredients found in many foods, as you must know. Normally, I think (other than when body-building or prepping for an athletic event), one ‘consumes’ carbohydrates without deliberately ‘eating’ them—you ‘eat’ the potatoes, which leads to ‘consuming’ carbohydrates. I would simply replace “eat” with “consume” in the title.

  • Either title seems acceptable.
