Title Case: Should 'names' of people, such as Grandmother, start with a Capital?

0Am I right in thinking that Mum, Dad, Grannie and Grandmother should all be written with a capital at the beginning? 02br
00Or are there exceptions to this rule? Say if you weren't addressing them, just talking about them...?02br
02br
00And what about the seasons? At school I learnt that Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter should all have capitals, but it's not done any more that I have seen (and it wasn't that long ago!)02br
02br
00Any help with this would be gratefully received - how a book is published depends on this! 02br

00Thanks, Sam 050010id1
