Title

I am trying to write this title:

An Evaluation of the impacts of Climate Change on Diseases

Does this make grammatical sense?

Is this the same as writing:

An Evaluation of Climate Change on Diseases.

Thanks.

Use title #1, but add a capital for 'Impacts'. Do you need to specify which kind of diseases? eg all diseases?
