Title

I'd like to know how to write a title.
As an example, should I write the following?
Gone with the Wind
Gone With The Wind
GONE WITH THE WIND

Gone with the Wind

Here is set of rules commonly used for capitalization of titles.

Always capitalize the first word.
Capitalize nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, subordinating conjunctions.
Do not capitalize articles (a, the, an), coordinating conjunctions (and, but, or,..) and prepositions with 4 or fewer letters.

Assuming that by "title" you mean the title of a work like a film or a book, I also suggest putting it in italics.

I have always heard and followed the guides to capitalization that I quoted in my last post.
I have served as an editor on a couple of publications that use this style guide.
