Hi

Is it OK to say: I've been tired since yesterday.

Also, I see someone and I say: You've grown up OR You grew up.

I think I would say: You've grown up, because it would mean "since last time I saw you".

I would normally say "You've grown up". "You grew up" feels laconic but not impossible.
