Tips on point form

00I was looking at an automobile parts ad and I saw something like this. I think the form used here can be called 'the point form'. From the recommendations I got on point form, I gather that the articles are usually, if not exclusively, omitted for the words or phrases that are in front of phrases or clauses but the example below seems to have done it through out the phrases and clauses. Why is that? Is that allowed?02br
