tippitoes or tiptoes Please help

I have heard tippitoes. Is that correct?

He was on his tippitoes.

He was on his tiptoes

What if this is the situation.
How would you say this

I have a blister on the sole of my left foot. I had to walk on my left tiptoe.

He walked on one of his tiptoes because of a blister.
