Economic restructuring is always one of the key issues, which plays a very important role in the increasing development of the labor force and the division of labor in the society.

The restructuring of the economic sector has changed the structure of our country in the direction of industrialization and modernization. The number of employees in industry and services is increasing, while the number of workers in agriculture is decreasing.

- thirdly, To promote comparative advantages in order to exploit and efficiently use the national and local development resources such as land, natural resources and human capital. On this basis, restructuring the economy in the direction of allocating resources from low productivity to higher productivity areas.

-finally, To produce goods with big mass , high quality and diversified in categories to meet the needs of the people and export.

Achievement in economic restructuring accounted for about 90% of the economic growth, higher than the period 2006-2010. In 2016, the service sector contributed nearly 50% to sector growth and much higher than for the period 2006-2010 with a contribution of 40%.

Although the share of contribution is low, this shows that Vietnam's level of deepening and deepening participation in the world value chain has significantly improved the position of Vietnam in general and Vietnamese goods. in particular.

Currently, Vietnamese export products are present in more than 200 countries and territories in the world. The largest export markets for 2011-2015 are the United States, China, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Australia.

However, besides the achievements, the Vietnamese economy is facing with many difficulties and challenges

Many transition economies experienced rising unemployment as newly privatised firms tried to become more efficient. Under communism, state owned industries tended to employ more people than was strictly needed, and as private entrepreneurs entered the market, labour costs were cut back in an attempt to improve efficiency. As the newly established private firms became subject to greater competition some were driven out of the market, which created job losses.
