Time words in Reported Speech

1. "I'll buy a cake tomorrow"

"He said he would buy a cake tomorrow"

or

"He said he would buy a cake the next day"

2. "I did some jogging yesterday"

"He said he had done some jogging yesterday"

or

"He said he had done some jogging the day before"

3. "I have to leave now"

"He said he had to leave now"

or

"He said he had to leave then/ at that time"

Hi. Is it required to change the time words in reported speech statement as well?
