Is it right to say "as time passes/goes, ...", or "by passing the time, ..."?

I meant in sentences like:

As time goes/passes, or by passing the time, X.

X: the problem will be far clearer.

X: you forget the death of your brother.

X: situations and circumstances will alter to be better, (so don't worry).

X: they will be much used to the needs of the market to be able to compete with rivals.
