Time of Day: Writing out the 0 in 7:05.

I want to verify a rule that I learned a long time ago. When writing out the time of day for 7:05, we use "o" (similar to o'clock). It's seven o five.

"It's seven five." <-This is wrong, right?

I couldn't find the rule on the internet or my grammar book.

Thanks for the help!

We say 'seven oh five' but we don't write it that way.
