Time is scarce?

Hello again,

The title says it all, actually. Do you think it is correct to say:

"Time is too scarce for us to get throuigh all the points on the agenda."?

Other possible adjectives meaning the same thing would be tight, short and limited. Right?

Thank you for your answer.
