Time In Lieu Leave
I would like to send a letter to HR, requesting for 2 days time in lieu leave / replacement leave. Not sure if my letter is correct:-

I would like to request for 2 days replacement leave, to be taken on 15 & 16 Sept 2016, to replace 2 days of work during sunday (12August2018 and 19August2018).

The term we use is "compensation time," always shortened to "comp time." If you work on a holiday or other extra hours, you can take off that same amount of time on a regular work day.
