Time expression in passive voice (present perfect)

Hallo

Would someone be so kind and dispel my doubt as to how to apply the time expressions the right way? I know that the correct example can be:

They have delivered the parcel today.

but wrongly built sentence is:

They have delivered the parcel yesterday.

My concern though is how to build a corresponding sentence in the passive voice variant. Is it correct:

(1) The parcel has been delivered today.

or

(2) The parcel has been delivered yesterday.

I suppose that only the example (1) is the acceptable one. Am I right?
