What is the difference between :

Are the following, adverbial clauses of time ?

2) I will tell you when the exam begins.

And the following, relative clauses / noun clauses ?

2) A time will come when all men will live at peace.
3) I long for the moment when all the peoples of the earth will join hands.
4) This is the time when the exam will begin .

Thank you very much.
