Time clauses

Hello,

I know that when we have a so called 'time clause' we do not use future tenses after 'when', 'before' , etc.

1. When I get home, I will have a hot bath.

What rule is used in the 3rd sentence then? :

2. When will you call me? (just one 'main clause')

3. She wants to know when you will call her.

How to explain why in the third sentence 'will ' is correct?

Thank you in advance,

Shadok.
