Time and money are vs is

Hi, everyone.

Every passing moment your time and money are/is being wasted.

Should I use "are" or "is" in the sentence and why?

Thanks.

are You can use "is" with a compound subject like that if the subject can be considered a single unit. It is often a judgment call. I don't hear "time and money" as a unit.
