Time

Hello,

I know it is correct to say " I scheduled my appointment with the dentist for 11/02/2022 at 9:00 a.m.

So, If I were to ask about the appointment date or time, which of the prepositions would fit better?

What date / time did you schedule your appointment for, on or at?

I think I would go with at if were to ask about the time, and on if I were to ask about the date, but I am not sure about for.

Additionallly, I think another shorter way of saying it would be: what's your appointment time or date?

Thanks in advance.
